The team you will be working in consists of five other employees, a team leader and a manager. In addition, you will work closely with the Shipping team, which consists of two employees and a team leader. Together, both teams form the logistics department.

About the team

As an administrative / logistics employee, you will join a dynamic and international team with enthusiastic and driven colleagues, where you can continue to develop yourself. The team you will be working in consists of five other employees, a team leader and a manager. In addition, you will work closely with the Shipping team, which consists of two employees and a team leader. Together, both teams form the logistics department.

In this role, you will be responsible for

  • A wide range of administrative tasks such as booking in and registering aircraft parts in the inventory system
  • Photographing, packing and placing aircraft parts at the correct warehouse location
  • Processing requests and inquiries from various departments such as Shipping Support, Technical, Sales, Sales Support and Accounts
  • Checking inventory levels
  • Loading and unloading shipments
  • Delivering and collecting packages within the Netherlands
  • Monitoring and managing the department’s email inbox
  • Light maintenance of TDA vehicles such as vans and forklifts
  • Assisting with audits conducted by third parties
  • Weekly cleaning of the warehouse(s)
  • Scrapping BER material

  • Submission of a positive Certificate of Conduct (VOG) and Security Clearance Certificate (VGB) is mandatory at TDA

What we ask from you:
