About the team

As an HR Support employee, you will join a small and dedicated HR team consisting of two senior HR colleagues. Together, you are responsible for the daily HR administration and support of employees and managers within the organization. You will work closely with colleagues across all departments and play an important role in ensuring smooth and accurate HR processes.

In this role, you will be responsible for

  • A wide range of administrative HR tasks such as processing employee data, contracts and personnel files
  • Supporting the onboarding and offboarding process of employees
  • Maintaining and updating HR systems and personnel administration
  • Assisting with absence registration and personnel-related reports
  • Supporting recruitment processes, such as scheduling interviews and correspondence with candidates
  • Answering HR related questions from employees and managers
  • Monitoring and managing the HR department’s email inbox
  • Supporting the HR team with various administrative tasks and projects

  • Affinity with HR (prior HR experience is not required)
  • A proactive mindset and eagerness to learn
  • Solid knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook
  • You are fluent in both Dutch and English, spoken and written
  • Comfortable working independently and within a small team
  • Submission of a positive Certificate of Conduct (VOG) is mandatory at TDA
