Like our previous Germania aircraft for teardown we continue our main focus on acquiring younger airframes with high quality standards. Thanks to this strategy, we have reached another milestone by disassembling 4 out of the 10 youngest A320 Family jets for teardown as of February 2020.

Another young pair for teardown

We strive to serve our end-users in the best way possible. To do that, we continuously extend our sourcing process by taking their demand into account, In other words, we make sure to offer our customers a wide range of various items.

The pair is currently undergoing disassembly at eCube, Wales. Parts to be available for exchange and sales purposes in the next few weeks.

It’s not our first pair from Germania we have in inventory. Many of these airplanes are still up and running (or flying, for that matter), which results in a relatively minimal amount of disassembled Airbus A320s. This also means that the amount of available spare parts can’t live up to the high demand. We are aiming to respond to this demand with the disassembly of this and our other A319s, which assures a reliable pipeline of A320 family material.

Many aircraft are currently under evaluation for acquisition; we are continuously sourcing for potential new teardown projects.

With the parts that we harvest from this young Airbus, we can yet again extend our supply chain with a wide range of assets to airlines who operate younger planes as well. We are able to offer our customers high-quality parts that are usually scarcely available on the parts suppliers market.

This historical milestone once again emphasizes the rapid growth of TDA, enabling us to offer the highest quality and configuration of components on the market. We will continue to acquire younger aircraft for teardown, also differentiating us from the competition at this level.

– Julian Marcus | CEO

Unique items of interest

Thanks to our efficient dismantling process we’re able to offer special items, such as doors, fuselages as well as the landing gear, APU (GTCP-131-9A) and complete sets of nacelles (CFM56-5B & V2500-A5).

Feel free to enquire for more information.

Another one in the history books TDA is proud to announce the acquisition of two young A319s for teardown:MSN 3407 (2008) and MSN 3019 (2007), two ex-Germania aircraft.
